Company Overview

Our client is an established AJ100 practice with studios located across the country. Position Overview

As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the technical delivery of a major life-science project. Your primary focus will be on progressing the scheme from RIBA Stage 3 into Stage 4. You will bring essential commercial-sector experience to the team, applying your technical knowledge and Revit proficiency to ensure the project's successful development. This position is vital for bridging a key skills gap within the studio.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed technical designs for a large-scale project.

  • Produce accurate drawing packages and specifications using Revit.

  • Ensure all technical drawings meet quality and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as an Architectural Technologist.

  • Excellent proficiency and practical experience using Revit.

  • Experience on large-scale, new-build commercial projects.

  • A background in office, laboratory, or life-science schemes is ideal.

  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods.

Benefits

  • Life Insurance cover (4x salary).

  • Payment of professional subscriptions.

  • Auto-enrolment pension with Standard Life.

  • Discretionary annual performance bonus.

  • Cycle to Work Scheme.

  • Access to an Employee Assistance Programme.

  • Enhanced company sick pay.

  • Standard working hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.

Alongside these benefits, you will join an innovative, design-led team that offers the stability of an AJ100 practice within a supportive, close-knit environment.
